Crem Recruitment is a well-established independent recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff across the Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics and Commercial sectors throughout the region. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Newmarket headquarters. This role will be primarily focused on the Industrial temporary recruitment sector, managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of temporary staffing solutions to our clients. This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for managing client accounts, sourcing and placing temporary workers, growing your desk and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
- Generating new business opportunities through sales activity, networking and client visits
- Sourcing, interviewing and registering temporary workers
- Filling daily, weekly and ongoing temporary staffing requirements
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Conducting regular client service calls and site visits
- Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Ensuring compliance
