We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based outside of Newmarket, who are seeking reliable and hardworking Pickers to join their busy team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually sorting and picking materials from a conveyor belt.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assisting with general yard duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in production environment is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Punctual, reliable, and a good team player.

Benefits, pay and working hours:

  • Pay - Between 12.30 pm - 6 pm - £13.45 and between 6 pm - 10 pm - £16.81 per hour.
  • 45 hours paid per week, 12.30pm-10pm.
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity.
