CREM Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for this fantastic growing business who are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee a growth initiative, driving productivity and efficiency as they move to a higher volume production environment. Reporting to the Manufacturing and Logistics Manager you will take the lead on this exciting continuous improvement project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan resource allocation.
- Ensure productivity KPIs are maintained / exceeded.
- Liaise directly with agency staff and suppliers.
- Manage performance and support training initiatives.
Personal Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a high volume production / manufacturing environment.
- Superb people management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and an aptitude for problem solving.
Working Hours and Pay:
- Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
- c. £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience and attitude.
