Overview
Our established client based in Haverhill is currently looking for Production Operatives who are passionate about delivering the highest standards of food production, ensuring all health and food safety measures are followed. You will be a crucial part of the company\’s growth. If you are looking to join and grow in an ambitious, mission-driven team this would be a perfect opportunity for you!
Hours
Hours of work are:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00am to 18:00pm
- Friday: 06:00am to 15:00pm
Salary
Salary: £12.25 per hour.
Duties
- Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times
- Conduct quality checks ensuring that we meet product specifications
- Unpack, packing, loading and unloading (boxes, finished goods, raw materials)
- Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc
- Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators
- Occasional attendance and contribution at the daily review meeting and regular attendance/contribution at online performance reviews
- Flexible working patterns
- General facility hygiene – floors, walls and conveyors etc. and working in a manner that epitomises \’clean as you go\’
Personal Specification
- Previous relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in a chilled working environment
- Happy working with raw ingredients including meat.
