We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading food manufacturing company, for a dependable and detail-focused Packing Operative. This role is key to ensuring products are packed and prepared to the highest standards, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pack and prepare food products for dispatch
  • Select the correct components for production by reading and following job sheets
  • Work efficiently on a conveyor line or independently, maintaining speed without compromising quality
  • Inspect products for quality and make adjustments as required
  • Keep the packing and shop floor clean and hygienic at all times
  • Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
