The role will include:
- Building and maintaining a reliable pool of temporary workers across a variety of sectors
- Pre-screening candidates, managing compliance and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring temporary staff performance and resolving attendance or performance issues promptly
- Supporting permanent recruitment through end-to-end candidate screening
- Submitting suitable candidates in a timely manner and working closely with management on compliance and invoicing
- Keeping the database up to date and accurate
Candidate relationship management is a key part of the role. You will be in regular contact with candidates via telephone, email and social media, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times. A proactive approach to achieving KPIs and financial targets is essential.
