We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Mildenhall, who are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join their busy team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Benefits, pay and working hours:
- Day and Night shift available
- Day Shift- £14.50 per hour
- Night Shift- £18.85 per hour
- 40 hours paid per week
- Consistent Monday to Friday daytime – no weekends!

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Meeting daily/weekly production targets
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience setting or operating a CNC punch machine is essential (1-2 years minimum experience)
