Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business on the outskirts of Haverhill, to assist with their busy spell. This is a busy, modern facility looking for pickers and packers to process orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack products accurately in line with order specifications and quality standards.
- Work to set targets and KPIs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout each shift.
- Handle products with care, ensuring all items are packed to company presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals and uphold warehouse standards.
Hours & Pay:
- Full-time, temporary
- Day Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. 1 in 3 weeks Tuesday - Saturday
- £12.60 per hour
Requirements:
- A reliable and consistent approach to work, with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
