We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production First Line Manager to oversee the production operations of our family owned client in Royston (SG8). The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a food production environment. This role involves managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. The Production First Line Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality. This is a hands on role leading a small operational team from the front.
Responsibilities
