Our established client based in Haverhill is currently looking for FLT Counter-Balance Drivers who are passionate about delivering the highest standards of food production, ensuring all health and food safety measures are followed. You will be a crucial part of the company’s growth. If you are looking to join and grow in an ambitious, mission-driven team this would be a perfect opportunity for you! Hours of work are: * Monday to Friday: 07:00am to 17:00pm. Salary: £13.75 per hour. Duties include: * Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times * Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and in line with company policies and health & safety regulations. * Move, stack, and organise stock within the warehouse. * Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc * Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators * Occasional attendance and contribution at the daily review meeting and regular attendance/contribution at online performance reviews * Flexible working patterns * General facility hygiene – floors, walls and conveyors etc. and working in a manner that epitomises ‘clean as you go\’ Personal Specification: * Previous relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment. * Comfortable working in a chilled working environment * Happy working with raw ingredients including meat.
