We’re working in partnership with a long-established business based in Brandon. They’re expanding their team and looking for reliable Factory Operatives to join them on the afternoon shift.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person.
Role Overview:
* Loading and feeding materials onto machinery for processing
* Keeping the work area tidy and free from obstructions
* Following health and safety procedures in a busy, industrial environment
* Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors
* Supporting the wider team to ensure targets are met
What We’re Looking For:
* Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role
* Aware of health and safety, especially in busy plant environments
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual – full attendance is essential
* Good communication skills to follow site briefings and updates
Hours of work are 2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday, all breaks are paid and overtime is paid at 1.5 after 40 hours and is regularly available.
This is an opportunity to secure long-term, full-time work with a reputable employer. Those who show commitment and a strong work ethic will be considered for a permanent contract.
