We are currently recruiting Technical Operators for a well-established food manufacturing company based near Saffron Walden. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a growing business, offering long-term career prospects for the right candidates. Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- 45 paid hours per week (all breaks are paid)

The Role:
As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for operating production and packing machinery while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include:
- Operating production and packing equipment.
- Following manufacturing recipes and work instructions.
- Machine operation and monitoring production processes.
- Mixing powders and ingredients.
- Packing finished products.
- Completing production, quality and manufacturing records.
- Carrying out routine equipment cleaning and basic autonomous maintenance.
