We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our client's busy packaging team on a permanent night shift.

This position operates on a 39-hour night shift pattern
- Sunday: 10:00pm – Monday 5:00am
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm – 5:00am
- Friday: Finish at 5:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, hygiene, and housekeeping.
- Follow instructions detailed on specification sheets.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure materials are available for production.
- Support the production crew with efficient job set-ups.
- Stack and dispatch pallets to a high standard suitable for palletisation.
- Carry out cleaning duties and basic maintenance tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve manual handling processes.
- Report mechanical issues promptly to the Machine Operator.
- Use resources efficiently to minimise waste and reduce costs.
- Assist in resolving quality and operational issues.
- Contribute ideas to improve productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times.
