Do you have experience in production programming? Are you looking for career progression? We’re working with a well-known company who are a leader in their field based in Kentford (CB8), just outside Newmarket. You will swiftly become a pivotal part of the wider team having direct involvement in all departments within the business, so excellent communication skills is key.

Your role will be to drive production efficiency, ensure a “right first time” attitude and to improve accuracy in all aspects of CNC Production.
Key responsibilities-
· Using 2D CAD to design to customer specifications.
· Creating CNC machine programs for manufacturing.
· Managing the scheduling of the CNC machines and checking progress throughout the day to the completion of the job
· Quoting sections/fittings and lead times as appropriate
· Working in coordination with other production and sales staff
· Monitoring batch progress and undertaking QA tests to ensure adherence to specification.
