CREM Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing business in Bury St Edmunds to recruit a Warehouse Operative for a permanent position. This is a hands-on role within a busy and well-organised warehouse, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to become a valued part of the team.

The Role

  • Picking, packing and labelling orders ready for dispatch
  • Loading goods and preparing deliveries
  • Booking in stock and checking goods from suppliers
  • Storing stock accurately and maintaining stock integrity
  • Supporting goods-in and other warehouse functions as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Carrying out occasional driving duties

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • A reliable and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with manual handling duties

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Maximum 3 penalty points
  • Must be over 25 (insurance requirement)
