We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our client based in Haverhill on a temporary to permanent basis working within their state of the art Distribution Centre. Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a logistics administrative setting, be keen to learn and develop their skills and be confident communicators on the telephone. General responsibilities will include: * Be the central contact for customer service for all distribution issues. * Book in and receive returns * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with problem orders. * Cover the warehouse team leader during absences. * Overseeing overseas shipments and relevant documentation The successful candidate will need to have a can do attitude and have a good eye for detail. Previous logistics administrative experience is essential as there will be a short handover time for training due to the circumstances. This vacancy is for an urgent start. This is a full time position working – Monday – Thursday: 08.30am – 5.00pm. Friday 08.30am – 2.00pm. 37.5 hours per week.
