We are currently looking for Chill Picking Operatives to join a busy cold store warehouse based on the outskirts of Newmarket.
The Role:
- Picking chilled products accurately and efficiently
- Preparing customer orders ready for dispatch
- Using warehouse equipment safely
- Checking products and quantities
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team
- Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
Working Hours & Pay:
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- 6:00pm - 6:00am
- £15.17 per hour
- Rotating shift pattern
About You:
- Have previous warehouse, picking or order-picking experience
- Be comfortable working night shifts
- Be physically fit, as the role involves being on your feet and handling products
- Have good attention to detail
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be able to work well as part of a team
- Be comfortable working in a chilled/cold store environment
Previous cold store experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
