We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who is practical, reliable and able to take a proactive approach and hit the ground running.

7:00am - 4:00pm
The Role
The work involves the hand assembly of MDF-type products.
You will be responsible for:
- Assembling MDF products by hand
- Following basic assembly instructions
- Using hand tools and basic equipment
- Working with the existing team to meet production requirements
- Assisting with general duties across the workshop as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working efficiently and accurately to keep production moving
Requirements
- Previous assembly, manufacturing or workshop experience would be beneficial
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to take a proactive approach and hit the ground running
