Are you passionate about technology, people and developing your coding skills? We have got all this and more. Whatever your aspirations, we’re looking for engineers to be part of an exceptional technology capability, providing dedicated engineering capacity for our clients.

At Credera, we work with a range of clients and help them to level-up their engineering capabilities in a partnership model. Through our Delivery Centre, we help them build microservices architectures, develop AI and machine learning capabilities and operate cloud infrastructure. As part of the Delivery Centre team, you’ll collaborate with architects, technology consultants and client stakeholders, giving you a chance to hone your skills across the latest technologies, development and operational practices, and cloud platforms, whilst growing your career. You’ll lead multiple teams or pods, act as the primary escalation point for delivery and operational matters, and coach and mentor more junior engineers. You’ll be expected to be transparent, act with humility and collaborate well, setting standards for the wider team and continuously improving how delivery is done.

Requirements

  • Experience leading multiple teams or pods and acting as the primary escalation point for delivery and operational matters.
  • A track record of continuously evaluating and improving delivery processes to drive efficiency, quality and team capability.
  • The ability to anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, addressing ambiguity through structured analysis to ensure delivery continuity and stability.
  • Recognition as a subject matter expert or trusted operational lead, leveraging your internal network to connect teams with the right expertise and resources.
  • You will be required to hold active SC clearance for this role.
