You’ll be joining our recruitment team to help deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, scheduling, and administration across the full recruitment lifecycle. Based out of our Newcastle office, this is a permanent role within our People function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite in your local office. We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in-person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our people and clients.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Assist with interview scheduling, candidate packs, and other coordination tasks.
- Help organise and support assessment centres and recruitment events.
- Provide general administrative support for recruitment projects as required.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment records.
- Help sift CVs via our ATS.
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing and reaching out to candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and provide summaries/screening notes for hiring managers.
- Assist with advertising job roles and posting engaging job descriptions.
- Act as a friendly ambassador for Credera, providing a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain the recruitment email inbox, moving, escalating and responding to tickets in a timely manner.
