Here’s what you will do:
- Gather and validate business and technical requirements using business analyst and design thinking techniques.
- Articulate user experiences through developing user persona, storyboards, customer journey maps.
- Assist with the development of and prioritisation of product user story / requirements and maintain the overall product backlog.
- Support the facilitation of workshops using different techniques.
- Design and document processes.
- Support the design of operating models.
- Support the implementation of business change.
