We're looking for a friendly, caring and organised Wellbeing Coordinator to join our small care home in Tavistock.
You will support residents to enjoy meaningful activities, friendships and everyday experiences that reflect their interests and preferences, alongside helping with meal service.
No previous experience in care or cooking is needed. We're more interested in your values, personality and willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
- Is kind, patient and respectful of others
- Enjoys getting to know people and building positive relationships
- Communicates clearly in spoken and written English
- Is creative and able to plan and organise activities
- Is observant and able to recognise and report concerns
- Can follow instructions, keep accurate records and respect confidentiality
- Is organised, reliable and works well with others
- Is willing to learn, accept feedback and complete training
