Creideas is currently recruiting for an Educational Establishment based in South London. Working within a friendly, supportive, nurturing organization with exemplary values and ethics, we offer a generous benefits scheme. Seeking an HR Advisor ideally with industry sector experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Employee lifecycle & administration: Send information to payroll in a timely and accurate way by the published deadlines, including new starter paperwork, changes to contracts and leaver information. Organise ID cards and IT equipment for new staff on their first day and hold HR inductions. Draft letters for staff, including but not limited to: Maternity leave, shared parental leave, changes to terms and conditions of employment.
  • Recruitment & compliance: Support the coordination of external and internal recruitment processes including posting adverts, providing administrative support for scheduling and booking interviews, liaising with the candidates, and conducting safeguarding interviews. Create and monitor DBS risk assessments in line with the school’s recruitment policy. Draft offer letters, contracts of employment and contracts for services.
  • ER and HR Case Work: Support the Head of HR with HR casework relating to support and teaching staff, escalating to HR Director as required. Disciplinary & grievances. Restructures and consultations. Flexible working & salary review requests. Sickness absences & maternity/paternity/shared parental.
