We are looking for a Global HR Generalist to join our People Team and support a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience across our international locations. Working with HR partners, regional specialists, and business leaders, you will support the employee lifecycle across onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, mobility, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for international employees.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries.
- Support employee relations, performance, investigations, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain compliant HR policies, processes, documentation, and records across regions.
- Coordinate mobility, immigration, payroll inputs, and employee data updates.
- Support engagement, wellbeing, early careers, and HR process improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- HR, People Operations, or generalist experience, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, judgement, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities across time zones.
- Confident using HRIS, payroll, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
