You will play a key role in supporting a busy team, ensuring documents, records, communications, and administrative processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support across a range of business functions, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formatting, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and correspondence to a high standard
  • Preparing professional documents, presentations, and client communications
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and scheduling requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
  • Supporting client onboarding and administrative processes
  • Handling incoming correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with proposals, reports, and business documentation
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics where required

  • Ensuring all documentation is produced accurately and within required timescales

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative role within a professional services environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong experience formatting complex documents and producing professional correspondence
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
