Role: Legal Secretary Location: Glasgow Salary range: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE Full-Time | Permanent A well-established Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Commercial Property team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a Solicitor handling a broad range of commercial property matters. This opportunity would suit an experienced legal secretary with a strong understanding of Scottish property transactions and previous exposure to commercial property work. Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive secretarial support to a Property Solicitor. Assisting with commercial property transactions from inception through to completion. Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence. Managing diaries, appointments and client communications. Maintaining accurate records using legal case management systems. Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties throughout transactions. General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Scottish legal environment. Essential experience supporting commercial property transactions. Strong knowledge of the Scottish conveyancing and property process. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using legal case management systems. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
