Creideas is looking for a talented Interaction / Motion Designer to join a small, fast-moving product team on an initial 3-month contract , with a strong possibility of extension.
Based 5 days a week in Canary Wharf, London , youll play a key role in shaping the motion language and interaction patterns for a new mobile product experience . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who obsesses over the detail - timing, easing, choreography and the micro-interactions that make a product feel polished.
Youll be responsible for: Defining and delivering the products motion system, from transitions and loading states to micro-interactions and error/recovery momentsCreating a cohesive icon system and supporting illustrationsDeveloping high-fidelity motion prototypes and engineer-ready assetsContributing motion principles, tokens and guidelines to the design systemWorking closely with product designers, engineers and product managers to bring experiences to lifeWere looking for: A strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and motion design for mobile productsDeep knowledge of motion principles, including easing, timing and sequencingExperience creating icon systemsStrong Figma skills plus a motion tool such as After Effects/Lottie, Rive, Principle or similarExperience working with design systems and handing work over to engineersUnderstanding of accessibility and prefers-reduced-motionSomeone highly detail-oriented, self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguityExperience with Lottie, React Native, real-time/dynamic interfaces or trust-sensitive products would be a bonus.
