Ready to take the next step in your accounting career?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant with around 1-2 years’ experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, build their technical skills and become a key member of a sociable, supportive Finance team.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and gain hands-on exposure to the full accounting cycle, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to develop quickly and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in finance.

You’ll get genuine ownership from day one, covering AP and AR, bank reconciliations, VAT, cashflow forecasting and month-end processes, alongside P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and management reporting.

You’ll also have the chance to gain experience across areas including foreign currency and digital asset transactions, fixed assets, payroll, budgeting, reforecasting and year-end audit work.

There’s plenty of variety, plenty to learn and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

We’re looking for someone who is driven, detail-focused and keen to progress - someone who brings a positive “can-do” attitude and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

Ideally, you’ll have started or be looking to start your ACCA or CIMA qualification, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and strong Excel skills.

And if professional qualifications are part of your ambition, even better: study support can be offered following successful completion of probation, helping you take the next step towards becoming a fully qualified accountant while gaining valuable practical experience alongside your studies.

Most importantly, this isn’t just a role where you’ll be processing numbers - you’ll be joining a sociable team that enjoys working together, supporting each other and celebrating success.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced finance professionals, build relationships across the wider business and progressively take ownership of more complex work.

With hybrid working and 3 days a week in the office, you’ll get the flexibility of hybrid working without missing out on the team environment.

If you’re ambitious, eager to learn and ready to invest in your accounting career, this could be the perfect next step
