We are looking for a client-focused Assistant Relationship Manager to support high-value Wealth Management relationships and deliver an exceptional service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with private banking or front-office support experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact for Wealth Management clients.
- Support Relationship Managers with client servicing, meeting preparation, suitability reviews and credit proposals.
- Process account openings, KYC and AML documentation, cash management activity and client transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and international branches to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support broader business development activity.
What We're Looking For
You will have experience in private banking or another client-facing financial services role, along with a strong understanding of wealth management products and high-net-worth client expectations. You will be organised, proactive and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering first-class client service.
