Creideas UK is partnering with a longstanding global client to onboard an IT Support Analyst on a 6-month contract in Central London.

This on-site role requires 5 days per week in the office, providing desktop support to London-based end users and collaborating with senior team members and vendors.

You will be the main contact for desktop issues, create and manage user accounts, log and monitor tickets, and support IT inductions for new starters.
