Is this the IT Support Analyst role for you?
Creideas are partnering with a longstanding, global client who are well recognised within their industry as they look to onboard an IT Support Analyst on an initial 6 month contract.
Working as part of a small team, your key focus will be on Desktop Support for London based end users, whilst collaborating with senior members of the team & vendors.
You’ll be the main point of contact for Desktop Support related issues, escalating where appropriate.
This is a 6 month contract, with a targeted start date in mid-August.
Hybrid working is not an option for this hire, so please only apply if you’re comfortable working on site 5 days per week.
What will you do as an IT Support Analyst?
- Proactive IT support users in the office, over the phone and virtually
- Solve problems independently and escalated when needed
- Create and administer user accounts on Office 365/Azure and Entra ID
- Log support tickets, then update, escalated, resolve and monitor open tickets according to IT policies
- Mimecast admin of email gateways
- Install and maintain IT hardware and troubleshoot & resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices etc
- Provide updates on hardware & software issues
- Provide support with suppliers/partners when required
- Act as a technical resource for projects as and when required, but won’t manage projects yourself
- Perform IT inductions for new starters
- Collaborate with the external SOC on tickets
What skills do you need to be an IT Support Analyst?
- The ability to work independently on Desktop Support

- Manage Share Point sites
- Mimecast
- Knowledge of Cyber Essentials + (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Tenable Nessus (advantageous)
- Experience working in a small company/IT team previously (advantageous)
