Are you an organised, detail-focused Reward professional who enjoys helping colleagues understand and access great benefits? We’re looking for a Reward Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our reward and benefits offering, helping to attract, engage and motivate colleagues while ensuring processes are accurate, consistent and well communicated.
In this role, you’ll manage reward queries, support benefits administration, maintain colleague data, assist with salary benchmarking and job evaluation, and help deliver clear communications across our reward programmes. You’ll also play an important part in supporting annual pay and bonus cycles, salary surveys, invoicing, budget tracking and process documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Reward or HR with a reward focus, strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data. You’ll be a clear communicator, comfortable managing competing priorities and keen to stay informed about the external reward landscape.
