The Role:

This is not a traditional paralegal role. Our client is looking for a Product Paralegal to join their product team and play a key role in ensuring the platform delivers accurate, reliable, and legally defensible outputs. You’ll review the outputs, identify potential issues or inaccuracies, and provide feedback to help improve how the platform performs. Your input will help ensure that the information and analysis produced by the platform is accurate and consistent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a legal background who is interested in how AI and technology are changing the way legal work is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product and AI teams to help develop and improve client platform.
  • Use your legal knowledge and understanding of disputes and casework to help assesses and processes information.
  • Review case assessments and outputs to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and legally defensible.

  • Test and evaluate new product features, workflows, and capabilities before they are released to clients.
  • Apply sound legal judgement when assessing whether AI-generated information is appropriate and reliable.
  • Work with the Product team to refine prompts, processes, and workflows to improve the quality of the platform's outputs.
  • Contribute ideas and practical legal insight to help shape the development of new product features.
  • Stay up to date with developments in legal technology and AI and consider how these could improve the platform.
  • Act as a key link between legal expertise and product development, helping translate legal requirements into practical improvements within the platform.

This is a fully remote role, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours a week)

The individual

We’re looking for someone who combines strong legal knowledge with curiosity, attention to detail and a genuine interest in technology and AI.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail – naturally thorough and able to spot inaccuracies, gaps, inconsistencies, or areas where an output doesn't quite make sense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to Product Managers, developers and colleagues.
  • A methodical and organised approach – comfortable running test cases, documenting findings and following issues through to resolution.
  • Strong ownership and initiative – a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do and is comfortable taking responsibility for their work.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills – able to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with different teams and stakeholders.
  • A client-focused mindset – understands the importance of accuracy, quality and delivering an excellent experience for clients.
  • Energy and enthusiasm – someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and is excited by the opportunity to help shape something new.
  • A forward-thinking mindset – curious about how technology and AI can change the way legal work is delivered.
  • An interest in LegalTech and AI – you don't need a technical or coding background; curiosity and a willingness to learn are more important.
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams – comfortable working in a small, collaborative team where priorities can move quickly.

You don't need to be an AI expert to apply for this role. We’re looking for someone who can bring their legal expertise, judgement and attention to detail and apply it in a new and exciting environment.
