Finance & Operations Associate
£40,000 - £65,000 DOE | London
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing investment business as a Finance & Operations Associate.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business across finance, operations, marketing and events. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to everything from funding rounds and fund launches through to investor events, social media and business administration.
The Role
- Supporting finance administration, bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Assisting with payroll, VAT returns and tax administration
- Liaising with external accountants and advisers
- Coordinating events including investor dinners, networking events, golf days and other client engagement activities
- Managing social media activity and marketing administration
- Providing operational and administrative support across the business
- Supporting senior stakeholders with a range of business-critical projects
About You
- Previous experience in a finance, operations or business support role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Comfortable supporting payroll, VAT returns and finance processes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved across all areas of the business
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
