HYBRID WORKING This is a rare opportunity for a strategic individual with extensive experience of defence communication systems, ideally land tactical networks and programs, to work as a Capture Manager for a global company delivering secure space, cyber and network solutions to governments around the world.

More specifically, by developing and leading capture efforts, you’ll contribute to the success of an ambitious, fast-growth UK Government team focused on Army and land tactical network programs and users. Through your existing network, you will engage with senior defence officials to identify, shape and influence their requirements and inform the company’s win strategies, resource requirements and customer engagement plans to secure business.

You will be set up for success. Working alongside a highly successful Sales Business Development Director, you’ll be partnered by a visionary systems architect with access to dedicated engineering resources. What makes this opportunity so exciting is our client’s confidence it can secure large Programs of Record given its technical and end user credibility in the sector.
