About the role The Visual Merchandising Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing the brand's global visual merchandising vision to life across international markets. Acting as the primary liaison between global strategy and regional execution teams, this role combines creative design expertise with strong project management capabilities to ensure consistent, elevated, and commercially effective retail experiences. Working within a fast-paced luxury fragrance environment, the Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the development of merchandising tools, display concepts, prototypes, planograms, and implementation guidelines while supporting commercial objectives through reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Key responsibilities Including but not limited to:
- Develop visual merchandising concepts, displays and planograms aligned with global standards
- Create prototypes and guidelines for launches, campaigns and installations
- Translate global direction into market-ready execution plans
- Manage projects end-to-end (timelines, budgets, suppliers)
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, Product and Retail teams
- Support regional teams and monitor execution consistency
- Analyse performance and provide recommendations
Skills/Experiences desired
- Experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design or Store Design within a luxury or premium brand
- Strong design capability (mock-ups, retail concepts, planograms)
- Project management experience across multiple markets
- Experience managing agencies and production partners
- Commercial awareness and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
