About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Executive to join our Global team in London. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation of Creed’s visual merchandising strategy across permanent and temporary executions worldwide. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and is looking to grow within a global luxury brand. This role reports into the Global Director of Visual Merchandising. We offer hybrid working, with three days in our office near St. Paul’s, Central London, or full-time office-based work if preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Support and lead visual merchandising projects across store openings, launches, and animations
- Track deliverables and timelines to ensure timely execution
- Act as a central point of contact for global markets and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with Marketing, Store Design, Retail Education, Commercial, and Procurement teams
- Create, update, and distribute global VM guidelines and toolkits
- Maintain documentation and photo libraries of global executions
- Develop and improve internal processes, templates, and tracking tools
- Coordinate supplier registration, communication, and vendor briefings
- Monitor budgets, consolidate cost estimations, and track POs
- Compile regular VM recaps and support KPI tracking and post-launch analysis
Skills/Experiences desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Communication, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a retail or visual merchandising role, ideally in luxury
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics, colour balance, and composition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello)
- Experience with planogram software is a plus
