As the Global Marketing Activation Senior Manager, you will lead the development and execution of impactful, locally relevant marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and grow market share for a top global luxury fragrance house. Reporting to the Global Marketing Activation Director, you will collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver 360° activation plans across key markets and support the optimization of brand processes and execution. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketer with deep expertise in luxury branding and global market activation.
Brand Strategy & Activation
- Develop and implement 360° marketing activation plans aligned with brand and business goals.
- Co-create market-specific initiatives with regional teams while maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead the creation and localization of marketing toolkits and guidelines.
- Oversee campaign execution across retail, digital, social, and events.
- Gather local insights and results to support post-campaign analysis.
- Serve as the main link between Global HQ and regional/local teams.
- Ensure alignment and support for flawless local execution.
- Collaborate with product, digital, creative, training, and PR teams.
- Use insights to refine activation strategies and enhance brand relevance.
Budget & Project Management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- ~5–8 years in luxury brand activation, ideally in beauty or fragrance a plus.
- ~ Experience in international markets, China, APAC, or Travel Retail a strong advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution, presentation and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing/project management tools.
