We are seeking an Assistant eCommerce Manager for a period of 9 to 12 months to join our London office based near St Pauls. The Assistant eCommerce Manager – Europe supports the day-to-day trading, reporting and operational delivery of the EU eCommerce business hosted by The Hut Group (THG). This role works across reporting & analytics, CRM, paid media support, on-site execution, and wider eCommerce operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver and present regular performance reporting (weekly, monthly, campaign and ad hoc) using tools such as: Tableau (via THG), Google Analytics, Ometria and Looker Studio.
  • Support insight generation across key KPIs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Produce channel-level reporting, with a particular focus on CRM and campaign performance.
  • Support campaign planning, launches and post-campaign analysis across EU markets.
  • Build, QA and schedule emails within the CRM/email platform, including translation for local markets.
  • Segment customer audiences for campaigns, activations and sampling initiatives.
  • Build and maintain automated and campaign-based CRM journeys.
  • Coordinate copy translations for paid media assets via translation agencies.
  • Build audience segments and sync CRM customer lists to paid media platforms for targeting.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the THG platform/account lead via ticket portal.
  • Support new product creation, including translation of product copy.
  • Upload and maintain site content including homepage campaigns, PLPs, blogs and campaign landing pages.
  • Support merchandising activity including special offers and promotional setups.
  • Support Customer Service with responses where required.
  • Review monthly CS transcripts and provide structured feedback to THG.

Skills/Experiences desired

  • Strong analytical and reporting capability, with experience in GA, Tableau, CRM platforms and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills and confidence managing external agencies.
  • Photoshop experience.
  • Ideally, experience of working with THG.
