Role Details
As a Customer Projects Executive you will be supporting the successful delivery of customer projects from product sourcing and range reviews to menu changes and category management initiatives.
You\’ll play a key role in driving business growth by ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with strategic goals. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working cross‑functionally, and have a passion for delivering results, we\’d love to hear from you.
Some responsibilities of the role include
- Lead and support customer projects including product sourcing and launches, range reviews, menu changes, category management initiatives
- Maintain and manage the Commercial Project Tracker
- Coordinate project meetings, updates, and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with Sales and Buying teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation
- Analyse project performance and contribute to commercial KPIs
- Provide cover for the Customer Projects Manager when required
- Promote food safety, data integrity, and ESG goals across all activities
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong IT and administration skills (Excel proficiency essential)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially aware with a solutions‑focused mindset
- Experience in project management, customer service, or executive support roles
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
Desirable
- Experience in the foodservice sector or similar operational environment
- Familiarity with project management principles and large‑scale customer projects
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
