Due to a year of growth and the continued expansion of our digital capabilities, we are recruiting a Paid Media Executive.

You Will Join Our Digital Media Team, To:

  • Execute and build advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor daily budget pacing to ensure campaigns spend correctly and perform optimally
  • Extract raw data and pull perfectly accurate metrics for performance dashboards and reports
  • Manage the foundational administration of digital accounts, including tracking setups and naming conventions
  • Act as a fast‑paced, reliable digital support engine for the wider client success team
  • Ensure right‑first‑time accuracy on all campaign builds and targeting parameters

Ideally, you will have some experience in digital marketing or paid media, but this isn't essential. It Is, However, Essential That You:

  • Are highly analytical and IT literate – confident handling data and using Microsoft Excel
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment and demonstrate resilience when turning around quick requests
  • Are naturally inquisitive, eager to learn new platforms, and willing to work towards industry certifications
  • Possess strong organisational skills to juggle multiple campaign builds, platform logins, and daily checks
  • Have a rigorous attention to detail, meticulously checking your work and settings before hitting 'publish'
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in mathematics and English.
