The Role
You’ll create new ideas and land them with compelling copy. Not just headlines of course, but the thinking behind them: campaigns, employer brands, scripts, narratives, tone of voice. You’ll collaborate with designers and art directors to develop work for brands that you’ve never heard of as well as major household names. You’ll be trusted to excite them with your thinking, presenting your work clearly, confidently and creatively.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Turning strategy into creative campaign ideas
- Writing work that’s compelling, sharp, and human
- Building concepts with designers and art directors, not in isolation
- Delivering writing that works across multi-channel campaigns
- Presenting work to clients and standing behind it
- Spotting opportunities to push creativity further
- Championing a high creative standard across the agency
