About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to fill some big shoes while part of our team is on maternity leave. Even though this is a temporary role (fixed-term 6 months), you’ll learn loads, make your mark and produce some brilliant work for your portfolio. You’ll join our tight-knit creative team working on brands such as Lidl, Sainsbury’s and DPD.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the team by creating dynamic PowerPoint designs, PDFs, and ad‑hoc client work
  • Create eye‑catching designs and artwork for all sorts of channels – From social media and Spotify to digital display and even Sky Ads
  • Help turn brilliant projects into award‑worthy submissions
  • Help bring our new‑business decks to life
  • Bring ideas and a fresh perspective to a mix of creative briefs
  • Collaborate with a close‑knit team to deliver great work quickly and brilliantly

What You’ll Need

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Some hands‑on design experience or a relevant qualification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A genuine love for all things creative and design
  • Plenty of enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude
