What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Junior Designer to fill some big shoes while part of our team is on maternity leave. Even though this is a temporary role (fixed-term 6 months), you’ll learn loads, make your mark and produce some brilliant work for your portfolio. You’ll join our tight-knit creative team working on some of the biggest household brands. Think Lidl, Sainsbury’s and DPD. That’s what we do every day, and we love it. With support from both the creative and client service team, you’ll build confidence, sharpen your skills, and help us bring big ideas to life – like seeing your work up on Europe’s biggest billboard or making your mark on a major brand’s career site.
What you’ll do:
- Support the team by creating dynamic PowerPoint designs, PDFs, and ad-hoc client work
- Create eye-catching designs and artwork for all sorts of channels - From social media and Spotify to digital display and even Sky Ads.
- Help turn brilliant projects into award-worthy submissions
- Help bring our new-business decks to life
- Bring ideas and a fresh perspective to a mix of creative briefs
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver great work quickly and brilliantly
What you’ll need:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Some hands-on design experience or a relevant qualification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A genuine love for all things creative and design
- Plenty of enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
