Responsibilities

  • Manage advertising campaigns – online, social, out‑of‑home, audio and more
  • Provide great client service to employer brand and talent acquisition teams across multiple sectors
  • Research, recommend and liaise with media partners
  • Proofread copy and check creative work
  • Deliver accuracy in admin, costing schedules, and performance reports
  • Ensure client satisfaction and account development by building strong client relationships

Qualifications

  • IT literate – using Microsoft (Excel, Teams, PPT, Word and Outlook)
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and demonstrate resilience when managing shifting priorities
  • Can confidently collaborate across internal teams and external clients and partners
  • Possess strong organisational skills to juggle and prioritise tasks and exceptional attention to detail
  • Happily lend a hand to colleagues and willingly offer support as part of the team
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English and mathematics
