This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed's mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably.
In your role as an Executive Assistant , you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Senior Vice President of Finance.
Acting as a trusted partner, you will help manage a complex global schedule, coordinate executive priorities, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure the efficient operation of a fast-paced leadership environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and frequently changing executive calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, logistics, and travel documentation.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documentation for executive and leadership meetings.
- Manage executive expenses, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables and commitments.
- Provide professional support and communication across global stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Required Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting senior executives, preferably VP-level or C-suite leaders.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management, executive scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
- Proven experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Power Point, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- Ability to work effectively within global teams and across varying time zones.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative, business, or executive support qualifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility as required to support global stakeholders.

- Experience supporting executives within a manufacturing, technology, semiconductor, or global corporate environment.
- Experience planning corporate events, leadership meetings, or executive offsites.
