Creds is a platform and marketing company designed to connect Media Partners, Agencies, and Brands. We house the very best collateral of the media industry for our agencies and brands to find instantly. This is a full-time role for a Client Services Manager based in London. The Client Services Manager will lead the relationships with our wonderful clients, building relationships with them and continually be the spearhead of taking feedback onboard and making Creds the very best resource it can be.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client accounts
- Creating solutions to meet client needs
- Handling client communication
- Identifying opportunities for improvements or upselling
- Using analytical skills to track performance metrics and generate insights to guide service enhancements

Requirements:
