An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking Relationship Manager to join the UK Financial Intermediary (FI) business unit within a growing international financial services firm. The role will require the candidate to possess a commercial mindset with ability to focus on sales opportunities within, as well as ongoing servicing of, existing UK FI clients from our London office.

- Experience in commercial and pricing discussions is preferred with; and
- Ideally at least 2 years experience in Relationship Management or similar roles within Wealth Management or Platforms.


The Role:


- Responsible for maintaining and developing Credo’s relationship for certain Financial Intermediary clients. Focus on ensuring service delivery from various Credo departments, whilst also developing / expanding the relationship by identifying growth opportunities with clients and developing / executing on plans to support the client;
- Responsible for identifying opportunities and cross-selling Credo’s Investment Solutions (Funds, Managed Portfolio’s and Bespoke solutions) to existing clients. Technical investment product expertise is available to support these opportunities, therefore working in a co-operative manner with other team members and leveraging various team members, as appropriate, is critical to closing of opportunities;
- Develop detailed knowledge of Credo’s Wealth Platform solution (operational and systems capability), and high-level knowledge of Credo’s Investment Solutions;
- Assist in identifying and defining enhancements to Credo’s Wealth Platform to ensure platform remains relevant for market;
- Assist in expanding market awareness of Credo’s brand, the Wealth Platform and Investment Solutions by developing / enhancing marketing material, attending various conference events, generating promotional opportunities and other relevant activities;
- Working closely with, and as directed by Management, to support the overall development of Credo’s Financial Intermediary business;
- Participating in regular ‘Relationship Management/Pipeline Review’ and general business strategy meetings; and
- Such other activities that are commensurate with the employee’s status as the employee’s line manager or the Board of the Company may reasonably require.
