We are looking for enthusiastic Account Managers to join our vibrant team and support our Wealth Managers in delivering exceptional client service and experience. This is an excellent opportunity for earlyâcareer professionals with 1â4 years' experience in Financial Services who are looking to develop within a fastâpaced, dynamic and supportive environment.
In this role, you will act as a central coordination point for data, reporting and account administration. You will ensure that our Wealth Managers have accurate, timely insights to support decisionâmaking, client engagement and commercial growth. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence to collaborate with crossâfunctional teams including Business Development, Operations, Investment, Dealing and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Wealth Managers / Financial Planners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all account management and financial planning administrative matters.
- Maintain existing accounts and assist with the implementation of new accounts.
- Assist managers with the training of clients and colleagues from time to time.
- Prepare bespoke investment proposals for potential and existing clients.
- Arrange investment order books and enter bulk trades for Credo's model portfolios.
- Deal with a variety of client queries under supervision.
- Manage daily portfolio administration on behalf of Wealth Managers, including monitoring of credit inflows and debit cash balances, responding to corporate action notices and rebalancing client portfolios to their agreed mandates.
- Prepare and review monthly marketing documents sent out to clients.
- Maintain highârisk asset approval list.
- Assist Wealth Managers with other adâhoc projects, including monthly and yearly compliance reporting and performance reviews.
- Remain current on the firm's products, services, policies, procedures and system applications.
- Collate valuations, reports and other materials for client meetings.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Perform other activities that may reasonably be required.

- Minimum qualification: GCSEs or Aâlevels; degreeâlevel education preferred.
- 1â4 years' experience in administrative roles in Financial Services.
- Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
