An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking Account Manager to join the UK Financial Intermediary (FI) business unit within a growing international financial services firm. The role will require the candidate to possess a positive attitude and good communication skills to help support our Relationship Managers servicing their UK FI clients. These FIs are a mix of Financial Advisers, Discretionary Fund Managers, Investment Managers and Family Offices.

- Capability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in the Office365 suite,
- 3-5 years’ experience working in financial services required with ideally experience in Client Services or Account Management roles;
- Prior knowledge of (or experience working in) Platforms is preferred but not required; and
- Relevant Industry qualifications are also preferred but not required
The Role:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
- Prepare reports on accounts status;
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities with territory;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed; and
- Such other activities that are commensurate with the employee’s status as the employee’s line manager or the Board of the Company may reasonably require.
